Peter A. Giordano, Jr.
Peter A. Giordano, Jr., is the founding principal and managing partner of Prominent Development. He raises development and management services to an art form via Tier 1 (new construction), Harbour Towne (residential and commercial renovations), and Encore (residential management services).

Resourceful and a master of organization, Peter plans each client's home from start to finish with precision and care. His projects stay on course and clients know what to expect, and when, at all times. Peter also relies on the finest craftsmen and the highest quality materials to ensure his clients' excitement lingers long after move-in day.

In addition to real estate development and engineering expertise, Peter is a CPA and a graduate from Ithaca College and Syracuse University and was a corporate executive for many years in the Syracuse, New York area before moving to Connecticut in 1999. Eric E. Wiers
Eric E. Wiers is the managing partner of Prominent Development. He possesses the mind of a master craftsman specializing in the details of home construction (Tier 1), residential and commercial renovations (Harbour Towne), and residential management services (Encore).

Creative and a master of precision, Eric understands each process involved and ensures that each procedure is completed most effectively and efficiently. His extensive expertise in the renovation segment of construction provides a unique vision during new home development.

Eric is a graduate of Calvin College with a degree in Business Administration. Eric lives in Ledyard, Connecticut, with his wife and three children.
